Shipping Policy

Option	Details
Free Shipping	Free local shipping for orders over $75 within 30 km.
Shipping Fee	$10 flat fee for orders under $75 (Vancouver Lower Mainland Area). $20 flat fee for orders under $200 for other provinces (ships from Vancouver).

Return & Exchange Policy

Condition	Details
Return Period	Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days in person or by mail.
Return Condition	Check the product upon receipt. Returns and exchanges not accepted after 7 days due to misuse or wear and tear.
Shipping Responsibility	Unless the product is defective, damaged, or missing parts, the customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. Returned items should be in their original condition.
Claim Process	Return claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date, including the order number.
Exceptions	All sales are final for pre-order and clearance items.
