SHIPPING

We provide free standard shipping for all products within Canada and the US. Canadian orders ship from ON or BC, while US orders ship from NV.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–10 business days after shipping, barring unexpected delays.

We do not offer pick-up or express shipping as options.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible for return. For full details, please refer to our return page.

CANCELLING OR MODIFYING ORDERS

Once you place an order, it is processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, please follow our return process. We do not offer price matching or post-purchase adjustments.
