Returns

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for UNOPENED items.

RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must remain UNOPENED and in their original packaging. Used items cannot be returned to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

All returns incur a return shipping and restocking fee deducted from your total order amount. The fees are as follows:

- Large items (Playmat, Playpen): $75
- Small items (Sofa, Cover, Play Cube): $45

We do NOT accept open-box returns.

Sale items are ineligible for return unless noted otherwise.

Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Do not send items directly to our warehouse as they don't handle returns, and your package may be lost.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

To start a return or an exchange, please email info@wunderkids.com. After you initiate your return/exchange, you will receive instructions, a return shipping label and updates through email.

For exchanges: Your new order will ship out after we receive your returned item. An email confirmation will be sent when we have processed your returned item, and then a new tracking email will be sent.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed back onto the original payment method used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 1-2 weeks after the product has been received. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.

THIRD PARTY BRAND ITEMS

Aside from Wunderkids and ALZiP mat items, third party brand items may have different policies.
