Returns

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for UNUSED items.

RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept any items that show signs of use, wear, dirt, damage, or have been assembled.

All returns incur a return shipping and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund. The fees are as follows:

- Large items (Playmat, Playpen): $75
- Small items (Sofa, Cover, Play Cube): $45

We do NOT accept used or visibly opened items for return under any circumstances.

Sale items are ineligible for return unless noted otherwise.

Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please do not send items directly to our warehouse, as they are unable to process returns and your package may be lost.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

To start a return or an exchange, please email info@wunderkids.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll email return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

For exchanges: Your new order will ship once we receive and inspect the returned item. We’ll notify you by email once your return is processed and your new item is on the way.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed back onto the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing and an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
