HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for unopened items.
To be eligible for returns, the item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Used items are not eligible for return. Given the nature of our products, it’s important that we maintain safety and hygiene standards.
All returns will incur a $75 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items are ineligible for return unless noted otherwise.
Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Do not send items directly to our warehouse as they don't handle returns, and your package may be lost.
To start a return or an exchange, please email email@example.com. After you initiate your return/exchange, you will receive instructions, a return shipping label and updates through email.
For exchanges: Your new order will ship out after we receive your returned item. An email confirmation will be sent when we have processed your returned item, and then a new tracking email will be sent.
Customers in British Columbia may be able to return products directly to our office in Burnaby. Please contact us for details.
Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed back onto the original payment method used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 1-2 weeks after the product has been received. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.
THIRD PARTY BRAND ITEMS
Aside from Wunderkids and ALZiP mat items, third party brand items may have different policies.
- True Little North: Return acceptable unused items within 72 hours of receiving them. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
