We want to make shipping as simple and transparent as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about where we ship, how much it costs, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Canada

  • We ship to 10 of the 13 provinces and territories in Canada:
    • British Columbia
    • Alberta
    • Saskatchewan
    • Manitoba
    • Ontario
    • Quebec
    • New Brunswick
    • Nova Scotia
    • Prince Edward Island
    • Newfoundland and Labrador
  • We do not ship to:
    • Northwest Territories
    • Yukon
    • Nunavut

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes in Canada. Please provide a physical address at checkout.


United States

  • We ship to the continental United States:
    • 49 of 62 U.S. states and territories
  • We do not ship to:
    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • American Samoa
    • Guam
    • Northern Mariana Islands
    • Puerto Rico
    • U.S. Virgin Islands
    • Armed Forces (Americas, Europe, Pacific)
    • Micronesia
    • Marshall Islands
    • Palau

Shipping Rates

Canada

  • Orders under $100 CAD: Flat rate of $20 CAD
  • Orders $100 CAD and over: Free standard shipping

United States

  • Orders under $100 USD: Flat rate of $20 USD
  • Orders $100 USD and over: Free standard shipping


Cutoff & Handling Times

  • Handling time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Shipping cutoff times:
    • Canada: Orders placed before 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed within 2 business days.
    • United States: Orders placed before 1 PM PST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM PST will be processed the next business day.


Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive:

  • in 1–5 business days (Canada and U.S.).

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the time of year (especially during peak holiday seasons).



Who We Ship With

We ship using reliable regional and national couriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. The courier used may vary based on your shipping location and order size.



Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time. Didn’t get a tracking number? Check your spam or promotions folder, or email us at info@wunderkids.com and we’ll send it to you again.



What if My Order Hasn’t Arrived?

If your tracking info shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Double-check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.)
  • Ask your neighbors or building manager in case it was misdelivered.
  • Wait 24 hours – sometimes couriers mark packages as delivered a bit early.
  • Still no luck? Please contact us at info@wunderkids.com with your order number. We’ll help investigate and make it right.
