6 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
Our 6-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only from the date of purchase. If a covered defect is confirmed, we may provide a one-time replacement part or replacement product at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues that should have been reported shortly after delivery.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if you notice any visible damage, cosmetic issues, or missing parts. Cosmetic claims submitted after this period, or after the product has been used, are not covered.
WHAT IS COVERED
- Manufacturing defects in materials, assembly, or construction under normal use and proper handling
- Structural or functional defects resulting from the manufacturing process
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Cosmetic issues such as dents, scratches, scuffs, marks, stains, smells, mold, bends, or stretching reported more than 7 days after delivery, or discovered after use
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage incurred during or after use
- Accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, or improper assembly
- Broken playpen panels, door handles, or other parts damaged by external force or impact
- Products not purchased from Wunderkids.com
IMPORTANT
The 6-month warranty applies only to verified manufacturing defects. Claims for dents, scratches, scuffs, or other cosmetic damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Cosmetic or physical damage reported after use is not considered a warranty claim.
