Stolen Packages Policy

At Wunderkids, we strive to ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience for all our customers. In the unfortunate event that a package is reported as stolen after delivery confirmation, we have established the following policy to assist you:

1. Proof of Delivery:

  • Upon request, we will provide customers with proof of delivery, including tracking information and delivery confirmation details.

2. Initial Steps:

  • We recommend customers check with neighbors and around their property to locate the package, as sometimes deliveries are mistakenly placed nearby.

3. Insurance Options:

  • If theft is suspected, customers are advised to:
    • File a claim with their credit card company's theft protection insurance, typically available within 90 days of purchase.
    • Review their home insurance policy to determine coverage for stolen delivered goods.

4. Carrier Claim:

  • Simultaneously, we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier using the provided proof of delivery. Please note that carriers may not assume responsibility due to proof of delivery.

5. Further Steps:

  • If insurance claims do not cover the loss, customers should file a police report for stolen packages.
  • Upon obtaining a police report, customers are requested to provide us with a copy for further assistance.
