* When setting up 2 x playmats, 1 x baby room, and 1 x baby room extension, there could be a 2-3 cm gap between the playmats and the baby room panels. This only occurs on the 240cm sides of the playmats. Please tie your safety strings tight to minimize the gap. This is not a defect, it's how the product was designed.

We provide free standard shipping for all products within Canada and the US. Canada orders ship from ON or BC, while US orders ship from UT.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 3-10 business days after shipping out, unless there are unexpected delays
We do not offer pick-up or express shipping as options.

CANCELLING OR MODIFYING ORDERS
